Our Environmental Product Declarations, known as EPDs, provide clear, independently verified data (by BRE) on the environmental impact of our ductile iron access solutions across their full life cycle. Our EPDs cover our entire ductile ironwork range, from cradle-to-grave. This means with our EPDs, you have a full picture of the carbon impact from the point of manufacture through to end-of-life recycling. This gives specifiers, engineers and contractors confidence when assessing whole-life performance, embodied carbon and sustainability credentials. Our EPDs help us and our customers assess environmental performance using measured data, including embodied carbon, resource use, energy consumption, and emissions such as ozone depletion and acidification. By measuring impact properly, we can focus on improvements, cut environmental impact, and develop products that deliver long-term performance with lower whole-life impact.
