Vault™ D400 manhole covers

Vault secure access covers exceed LPS 1175 SR3, and can be made available with LCPB certification upon request. The stainless steel lock provides rugged durability and reliability.

Designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of BS EN 124:2015 and includes safety features such as a sequential opening locking system and stops which secure the covers in upright position for safe and simple operation.

Vault manhole covers are specifically designed to secure valuable underground equipment, such as motorway communications systems.

The Vault ranges safety features include a sequential opening locking system - meaning only one lock is required- and stops which fix the covers in a upright position when hinged, preventing accidental closures.

We understand that these unique scenarios require a unique solution, one that prevents unauthorised access while providing security to those that must service and maintain the equipment contained below. That’s why Vault exceeds the requirements of LPCB Level 3, providing security as standard.
