Sustainability is not a standalone initiative for us. It forms part of how we plan, how we work with suppliers and customers, and how we support long-term performance across the public realm. The report is built around four key pillars:
- Achieving net zero
- Empowered people
- Partnerships and collaboration
- Responsible supply chain
Together, these pillars provide the framework for how we are approaching sustainability across our business and value chain.
A key part of the report is our materiality assessment, which helped identify the issues most relevant to our business, people and value chain. This process allows us to focus our efforts on the areas where we can make the greatest difference, including health and safety, product quality, responsible business practices, energy use and emissions reduction.
By understanding where our most significant impacts occur, we can make better-informed decisions and direct resources towards meaningful progress.
