Products Quality Policy

It is the policy of Wrekin to:

1. Maintain a quality management system which meets the requirements of ISO 9001.
2. Meet the needs and expectations of customers, interested parties and regulatory bodies.
3. Develop strong and positive working relationships with suppliers for mutual benefit.
4. Ensure all staff understand their responsibilities with regard to meeting quality standards.
5. Show continual improvement by the use of internal monitoring and by taking into account feedback from customers, suppliers, staff and any other interested parties.

Quality objectives have been determined in line with this quality policy.
