Allowing whole estates to have their manhole covers raised to the final surfacing level, in as little as a few hours. Flood and Odour Control Plate Design to be fitted to our ductile iron access cover and frames, the flood and odour control plate provides resistance to egress of chamber odours and flood water ingress. Gritblocker An anti-blockage keyway insert that simply fits into the manhole cover keyway, reducing the risk of debris from blocking the opening while allowing a lifting key to be inserted. H2GO Gully Chute Connector The H₂GO gully chute connector is designed to fix below a grating or kerb type gully unit with a primary catchment chamber and spigot outlet for onward pipe connection. These are ideal where gully grates are offset to gully pots, or where direct surface run off is required. Lifting keys Our range of lifting keys provides safe and secure lifting to our entire range of access covers, including ductile iron, steel and aluminium. Reducer ring Provide a second line of defence against chambers being accessed by unauthorised people or potential falls if accidentally left uncovered. Screwlift Our rapid manhole frame levelling system and is suitable for use with nearly all of our D400 and E600 manhole covers and gully grates. Seal plates Seal plates are a retrofit solution for Unite manhole covers, designed to prevent surface water run off from entering the chamber (compatible with Cargo and Unite codes ending /KUE). Unipak® A BBA HAPAS approved ironwork installation system that is designed to reduce risk of bedding failure, one of the main factors contributing to premature failure of chamber tops. Our factory-fitted safety grilles prevent accidental chamber falls, and can be fitted with signage. Manufactured from mild steel, hot dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461. Enhanced anti-slip coating (70+ PSRV) Provides increased anti-slip as an addition to a product’s own anti-skid properties, the quartz-bound resin coating increases the polished skid resistance in excess of 70 PSRV, offering enhanced protection for pedestrians and cyclists.
