Notes

  • ScrewLift maintains a 15mm minimum bedding thickness beneath the flange, this ensures a minimum bedding thickness to maintain structural integrity and durability.
  • ScrewLift levelling screws can be adjusted from the top side of the frame using simple tools for easy, accurate and fine alignment.
  • Simple to install with a firm push (or mallet) in the four insert points positioned near each frame corner, for even load distribution.
  • Ensure a full and continuous encapsulation between the frame and chamber using UniPak bedding mortar (or Wrekin approved flowable bedding mortar)
    • In addition, bedding mortars should be compliant with the requirements stated within clauses 6.29 to 6.34 of MCHW CC 500 drainage v.1.0.0
  • Forms a key part of the Wrekin ironwork warranty.
  • Simplifies compliance with CD 534 and BS EN 124 installation guidance.
