Bespoke steel solutionsSewers for adoption grillesWe design and manufacture high-quality sewers for adoption (SFA) safety grilles, built to meet all requirements set out in national guidance. Under sewers for adoption guidelines, any outfall with a pipe opening of 350mm or greater must be fitted with a compliant safety grille. Each grille is 270mm wider than the pipe’s outside diameter, with flat bars spaced at 100mm, and is hinged and padlock-ready for secure, safe access. Our grilles are fabricated in-house to your specifications, ensuring a seamless fit, long service life and full compliance with adoption standards. 
Bespoke steel solutionsRaked gratings and trash screensWe design and manufacture raked gratings and trash screens to suit virtually any location or site condition. Usually produced to customer designs, our fabricated steel solutions can incorporate a range of practical features, including hinged sections or access doors, profiled bars, and walk-on areas to make debris removal safer and more efficient. Each unit is precision-built for strength, safety and simple maintenance, providing long-term performance in demanding environments. 
Bespoke steel solutionsHandrailsWe manufacture steel handrail systems from Ø48.3mm medium-gauge tube, hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 for long-term corrosion protection. Each system is supplied complete with all required fixings and fittings for straightforward site assembly. Self-closing access gates can also be included to provide safe, controlled access to headwalls for inspection and maintenance. 
Bespoke steel solutionsLadders and step ironsWe supply a range of fabricated steel ladders, GRP ladders and plastic-encapsulated step irons made to provide secure access down to the headwall sill. Solutions are available for both new and existing brick or concrete structures, ensuring a secure fit and straightforward installation. All step irons are fully compliant with BS EN 13101 and third-party certified by BSI for proven quality and performance. 
Bespoke steel solutionsSafety chains and safety signsOur safety chain sets and warning sign kits are fully compliant with Sewers for Adoption guidelines and supplied complete with all required fixings for straightforward installation. Safety chains are supplied cut to length, while warning signs provide clear identification to support safer site access and maintenance.
