Wrekin’s H2Go BS7903 & BSEN124 D400 combined kerb and drainage unit is intended for site fitment onto a standard Wrekin Gully Chute Connector unit flush within a run of BS EN1340 half batter kerbs or kerb drainage units, themselves installed in a Group 3 traffic location.
By utilising this combination, the H2Go unit assembly benefits from robust and coherent support of its frame flange by the Gully Chute Connector, thereby maximising the installation life expectancy.
Water evacuation through this combined apparatus from the frontal road or pavement catchment apertures can be provided by attachment of the Gully Chute Connector’s rear 150/160mm O/D. pipe spigot*, to a suitable drainage system.
All that is required to connect the two units together is an intermediate layer of UniPak bedding mortar, which can also act as H2Go level adjustment material.
*The spigot can accommodate either of the two pipe sizes and can be site-cut to length for drainage system adjustment purposes. The Spigot is 124mm long, comprising of; 62mm of 160mm O/D plus 62mm of 150mm O/D pipe.
For site adjustment of the assembly to accommodate adopted kerb thickness, the flanges of both the H2Go and Gully Chute Connector contain cutting markings to act as guides site cutting using conventional tooling (for cast irons).
