Once materials or components reach our distribution sites, they’re stored and handled in tightly controlled conditions. Pre-delivery inspections ensure that what arrives on-site is in perfect condition, ready to perform from day one.

Behind the scenes, we keep detailed records of everything—supplier performance, product checks, and storage logs. This level of documentation gives us full traceability, building transparency and trust for our customers.

Verified by Experts - Inside and Out

We run regular internal audits to check that our processes align with relevant industry standards. But we don’t stop there. External audits, including those from BSI, validate our quality claims and give independent reassurance to our clients. We're proud to be accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and to hold the BSI Kitemark on many of our products—proof that they meet key British and European standards for safety, durability and performance.

We also go further by aligning with a broad range of essential specifications including BS 5834, CD 534, and the Design and Construction Guidance (SSG Appendix C). This ensures we’re not only compliant, but ahead of the curve when it comes to industry best practice.
