This includes advanced finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate BS EN 124 loading conditions, supported by empirical validation through controlled road trials and supplementary mechanical and dimensional checks aligned with the intent of the standard. Collectively, these measures provide a robust and conservative demonstration that the product meets the functional and structural performance requirements expected under BS EN 124 service conditions.
