How to Raise a Complaint

At present, most complaints reach us through our sales teams, either internally or externally. If you wish to raise a complaint directly, please email complaints@wrekinproducts.com.

Our Service Level Commitment

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge all complaints immediately with a holding email
  • Provide an initial response within 48 hours outlining our next steps
  • Maintain regular communication until the matter is fully resolved
