A solution for every scenario Highway D400 HaloHinge Manhole CoversHighway HaloHinge D400 has been specifically designed and produced to meet the advanced requirements of National Highways CD 534 v0.1.0. This product is ideal for group 4 applications. The Hinge and Life Out mechanism allows the covers to be safely removed by using our unique safety keyways and standard BS 7903 lifting keys. Additionally, they can be hinged up to 100 degrees and securely locked, which promotes better safe working practices. HaloHingeHinge and Lift OutHaloHinge boasts an innovative design. The covers are fully removable using standard BS 7903 lifting keys, but the covers can also hinge to 100 degrees, remaining captive within the frame and free from risk of accidental closure. The hinges are located on the inside of the frame. This simple yet unique design allows for the infill surfaces to be compacted against the straight edges of the frame with ease, unlike other alternatives that have protruding hinges that are difficult to compact around. Compacting equipment over the hinge housing can apply destructive forces to the hinge housing and foundation, making inboard hinges a superior solution. Moreover, the inboard hinges prevent hinge pockets from clogging with dirt and debris, ensuring that the hinges operate reliably and promote better health and safety. Additionally, Highway HaloHinge covers are compatible with GritBlocker, the anti-blockage keyway insert that provides unblocked keyways at every operation.
